Clean Colorbond THERMATECH is a roofing material product of NS BlueScope, specialized in construction in tropical climat.
Green Features
- High Solar Reflectance value equal to 0.696 which helps to reduce the thermal transfer through the roof and reduce the energy consumption for air-conditioning
- High Solar Reflection Index (SRI) value equal to 84 which helps to limit the heat island effect
- Dirt particles washed off easily after rain or cleaning maintenance
