Product Description:
Cellular lightweight concrete (CLC), or NEO-Bricks, is an unbaked brick characterized by a lightweight concrete structure comprising 50-70% air bubbles. NEO-Bricks provide outstanding thermal insulation, heat resistance, fireproofing, sound absorption, waterproofing, and mold resistance, making them ideal for use as a wall covering.
NEO-Bricks are designed with a variety of large pellet sizes and sheets, making them easy to apply. The size difference is minimal (±1.0mm), much lower than that of terracotta bricks (±5 to ±15mm). Additionally, the products feature homogeneous concrete materials that connect well with each other, as well as with columns and tie beams using glue/mortar. This sustainable connection not only helps save a significant amount of plastering mortar but also reduces construction labor. In comparison to traditional red bricks, the use of NEO-Bricks can improve masonry speed by 80-100%.
