The company Kemica Coatings was created decades ago. Kemica Coatings develop, manufacture and sell coating materials for many applications in the civil works, energy, building, industry, maritime sectors due to its unique performance combining corrosion protection and waterproofing performance. Those coating materials are mainly sold under the commercial name Souplethane.

This range of products is based on an original hybrid polyurea-urethane chemistry, making possible to offer many key advantages for such sectors. The range of Souplethane coating materials is well recognized in the civil works sector, especially for the protection of concrete structures of waste water treatment plants, even for the most critical operating conditions (digesters,…) and also for the drinking water storage facilities thanks to international recognized drinking water contact approvals. The protection of concrete structures related to dams is also suitable with the Souplethane coating.

In the building sector, project references with the Souplethane coating cover a wide range of application from the waterproofing of foundations to the waterproofing of terraces, roofs, including decorative and technical floorings, especially for wet rooms, and also flooring for storage and logistics centers.

As far as the industry sector is concerned, those coating materials are used for various applications, such as floorings, even for the most sensitive required specifications, in the food processing, pharmaceutical industries thanks to its resistance to bacteria growth. Its performance makes it recommended for severe requirements, such as chemical retentions.
