Gyproc is brand name of gypsum board Ceiling and Drywall systems manufactured by Saint-Gobain group.
Gypsum has been used as a construction material for more than 5000 years. It has proven to be a durable material, which is both easy and safe to use. Today, gypsum is recognised for its natural properties that provide fire protection, thermal and sound insulation. In use, it assures indoor air quality, and at the end of its life, it is 100% recyclable.

Green Features
- Thermal conductivity of Gyproc drywall = 0.16 W/m.K
- Gyproc drywall can be reused up to 100%, and the total recycled content of drywall is 35%.
- Gyproc drywall is an unbaked-material. Embodied energy of the product is 1,08 MJ/kg.
- Gyproc systems can provide a wide range of specifications to satisfy all design requirements, depending on each system, sound insulation performance can achieve up to 70bB
- Gyproc drywall board system generates low waste. Moreover the gypsum board debris can be recycled to be the raw material.
- Gyproc drywalls are manufactured in Ho Chi Minh City (Factory located at Hiep Phuoc Industrial zone, Nha Be, HCMC), thus it can be supplied within 500km for Centrel South, Central Highland and South of Vietnam and to be accountable as local material.
